Bible Reading for A Year:[bible]Prove31[/bible];[bible]Colos4[/bible];[bible]iking15-16[/bible]

Have you seen someone who sharpened a knife by rubbing with steel plates? That process is certainly unpleasant. Heat arising from that constant friction and requires energy. However, please look at the results: a sharpened blade becomes increasingly sharp and can be used optimally.

Words of God also use these images to us, the humans. In order to keep us being sharp, we need another media and that is not about things, but other people or our fellows.

God does not form someone’s character automatically, but through a process of "sharpening" by involving the people around him. In a community, we may face a variety of differences, criticism, or unpleasant treatments. However, do we realize that through it all we are being formed become a steadfast, strong, and principled person?

Sometimes we pray that God gives patience, but He allows someone to test our patience. Sometimes we pray that God gives strength, but He allows us to deal with those who say the words that bringing us down.

Have you ever experienced anything like this? If so, please do not complain and be a person who can’t stand over the test. Please having an awareness that God can use everyone we meet to "sharpen" the sides of our lives to be more qualified and useful. Go through these processes of sharpening with a strong, though it is not easy. Because we know that in that way, the quality of our lives is being purified - HA

What we do not like from our fellows can be used by God to sharpen our character
