There are some people who have a tendency to be ambitious. They are the ones who usually work harder and more hectic than others to get a certain achievement. Making ourselves busy with positive things could make us become more productive. There is nothing wrong with this. But all that much will not always bring good.
Katie McNerney, eBay.Inc Marketing Manager wrote her testimony to be an ambitious woman. For her in order to be an ambitious woman who has many advantages than disadvantages. She has achieved much pleasure while receiving praise from parents, acceptance by teachers, victory on the sports field as if pay exhausting days and her late nights.
One morning in February a few years ago, she was on the top of all her works. Received at a leading business school and a wonderful man who will soon marry her. Life seemed very unusual until a month later. A perfect small world that she built up as a sudden become messy. Her fiancee died of a heart attack. The next day, she woke up wondering how she was able to experience all these things after all that she accomplished?
It takes time for Katie to realize that during this period her motivation was wrong. "I want to prove how importance myself to the world is. In Ephesians 2:8, Paul says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God." God wants us not to remain silent and realize the gift that He has given to us. But we do it not because that effort could save us, but because we are saved," wrote Katie.
