Matthew 18:2

"He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them."

Bible Reading for A Year: Psalms 39; 1 Timothy 3; Isaiah 31-32

Loving enemies or those who are guilty is an obligation that we must do as the people of God since we demonstrate how does He love and forgive those people that crucified Him.

Many people assume that forgiveness has a limit, for example: forgiving other people for three times who make mistakes is enough. However, the Lord Jesus wanted to clarify His true teaching about forgiveness.

When Peter came to the Lord and asked how many times he should forgive those who wrong him, he replied, "not seven times, but seventy-seven times." (verse 22).

What does it mean? Do we have to count to 490 times if you want to forgive? Absolutely not. That is, we must forgive as God forgives our sins. And its number is not limited.

Grace of God's forgiveness should be the measure of our forgiveness to others who wrong us. We often do not appreciate His forgiveness, so that we are so hard to forgive others.
