Concept of nutritious food which consists of four or five perfect healthy food has been widely known in this country. Unfortunately, only some people have achieved it. There are various reasons, such as financial problems so that they are unable to have an appropriate and healthy food. Some have known this concept and are able to have nutritious food, but they neglected this healthy concept and start consuming food in random.
However we need to realize, either soul or spirit, our body is also the element which needs these nutritious food. Where do soul and spirit get good nutrition for our spiritual body? The words of God. According to Paul, the words of God contain some complex benefits, the correct and healthy teaching, awareness to sin and wrongs, improved character and behavior, as well as education and training in righteousness.
For availability, the word of God is freely obtainable now, for example, the presence of electronic Bible. We can read and meditate on His Word anytime. Bible is the standard of truth that our spiritual body needs every day.
If we neglect the benefits of God's word, then it would allow ourselves to live a life in vain. As a result, we will eventually have spiritual malnutrition, due to insufficiency truth of the word of God in our lives. We will not grow spiritually and our lives would not be fruitful. No one wants to experience it, isn’t he?
A growing and fruitful spiritual life starts from adequate spiritual 'nutrition'
