Although Jesus's commandment to love our enemies is very difficult, He instead does not want us to be suffering. God loves those who are wicked and ungrateful. He wants us to be like Him. Is this command is too difficult to do? Remember that He first loved us when we have not been reconciled to Him. Love people who are nice to us is human; love those who are evil to us is divine.

And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is it to you? for even sinners do the same. (Luke 6:33)
