Philippians 4:6

"In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."

Bible Reading for a year: 1 Chronicles 16:7-36; 2 Thessalonians 2:13-17; Philemon 1:4-7

As human beings, we often feel that life is very hard. Problems have always approached us insistently: parents who push us, couples who do not want to understand us, brothers and friends who do not care about us, until our financial problems are not improving, and health is increasingly making us feel weak. Everything converged into one and we are no longer able to, and we seek refuge in other forms, such as drugs.

Indeed, there are many bad things happen in our lives, but have we ever thought that there are still many people who suffered much more than us and still survive? Those who can survive only by begging, those who live without parents and relatives. They can survive.

Anyone in the world would consider themselves as the most suffering man. It was human. But when our attention constantly focus on the negative things, we will be continue buried in adversity.

Therefore, brethren, let us take a silence and reflect for a moment of our lives again. Pull our minds from negative things in our lives and try to focus our minds on the things that we get and we achieve and be thankful. Be thankful that we could wake up this morning with a healthy and fresh, we still have a steady job, a comfortable home, and thank God that we still have our beloved family.

Let us take time 3 to 5 minutes in the morning to think of all that God has given us and be grateful for it. We think of the goodness of God's love in our lives. Focus only on that and continue to say, "The Lord is my strength and my shield; him believe me. I saved it because my heart rejoice, and with my song I give thanks to Him, "(Psalm 28:7)

Keep thankful because then you will feel the mercy of God and what God has given you will continue to be exceeded again.
