We can achieve anything by ourselves. If we want money, we have to work. If we want something that cannot be seen such as awards, we could achieve it by respecting other people. If you want people do something like you do, then you have to do it first to others.

Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 7:12)
