Lewat ‘We’re In This Together’, Justin Bieber Bagikan Kasih Tuhan yang Ubahkan Hidupnya

Pada tahun 2021 silam, untuk pertama kalinya penyanyi muda Justin Bieber mengeluarkan album pendek yang berisi 6 lagu yang bernuansa religius yang sarat dengan lirik-lirik yang mengungkapkan tentang iman dan kehidupan.

Bertepatan dengan perayaan Paskah, Bieber secara resmi meluncurkan album bertajuk ‘Freedom’ ini. We’re In This Together menjadi salah satu lagu yang cukup berbeda dari lagu-lagu Bieber sebelumnya. Pasalnya lagu ini diawali dan diakhiri dengan nuansa rap lalu dipadukan dengan ketukan pop dan R&B. 

Lewat lagu ini, Bieber mengungkapkan kehidupan masa lalunya yang hancur. Menjadi seorang selebriti populer yang memiliki segalanya dan hidup dengan melakukan begitu banyak kesalahan. Dia mengakui jika ketenaran telah membuatnya kehilangan arah.

Untuk itu, dia menawarkan doa untuk menguatkan dan memberkati setiap orang yang sedang melalui masa-masa sulit dalam hidupnya.

Penyanyi berusia 28 tahun ini juga menawarkan harapan yang baru di dalam kebangkitan Yesus. Bahwa bukan tentang siapa dia di mata dunia, tetapi karena kasih Tuhan yang memberi dia kesempatan untuk tetap hidup hingga saat ini.
