Children Transformed, Teachers Motivated: The Impact from Super5 Preschool

Super5 equips every local church-based early childhood education center in Indonesia to create a cheerful, creative learning environment that nurtures faith in every child’s heart from an early age.
As one of CBN Indonesia’s discipleship programs, Super5 is currently active in more than 700 Preshool across the country and serves thousands of children, helping them grow holistically — academically, physically, in character, and spiritually.
Super5 Preschool is more than preschool programs; this is the frontline of discipling the next generation. That is why we ensure every Super5 partner center receives strong and consistent support, including:

Mikayla — Three Magic Words That Changed Everything
Mikayla (age 6) almost never said “I’m sorry.” She would rather be spanked by her father than speak those words. Everything changed after she was guided by the teachers at Benih Kasih Preschool in South Nias. Through the “My Actions for Others” module, Mikayla learned three simple words and was continually encouraged to practice saying “thank you, please and I’m sorry” every day.
The fruit of that lesson shown up one day while she was playing with friends and they began teasing each other. Suddenly, Mikayla became quiet, reached out her hand, and softly said, “I’m sorry.” A word that had once been so difficult for her to say now come out sincerely and with full awareness. The teachers at Benih Kasih are incredibly proud to witness it.
Tetap Riang Laia — Shaped into a Loving Teacher
Tetap Riang, affectionately known as Miss Teta (22 years old), was not always the patient teacher she is today. There were times when she would become angry when the children were unruly. A change began after she received training through the Super5 teacher training program.
She learned how to be a patient, nurturing, and loving teacher. “I am motivated to be more patient, to love the children more, and to better understand their condition,” she shared.
Praise God! Miss Teta has now become a teacher who is close to every child and guides them with love.
