Be Alert to These Spiritual Diseases!

As church, we have a very great and important role. Satan wants to crush us, the righteous people, by what I called as spiritual disease. What are those diseases?

The greatest and the most righteous one

This first spiritual disease is about the greatest and the most righteous one. Jesus’ disciples had ever asked about who the greatest one at the Kingdom of Heaven is. Same problem is still upon this world. We are still looking for who is the greatest and the most righteous one among each of us.

This life is about neither the greatest nor the most righteous one, but it is about the loyalty. It is same like the condition of our households; it can not be peace if one of them always feels right. In fact, we are supposed to learning until we find this life precious. So, let constantly says, “Lord, teach me, always.”

Compromise to Sin

Jesus says, “let your ‘yes’ be yes and your ‘no’ be no. As a child of God, do not ever compromise to sin because we are not from this world.

Bill Cosby has ever been asked, “What is the secret of your success?” then he answered,”What? I am not success yet. But when asked about the failure, I know what the secret of failure is. Every time we try to make someone happy, we fail. However, when we stand firm upon our principal, we did it.” It’s same like Christianity. We follow God’s principal and disobey this world, then we will be success.

Envy and Greed

Who did choose Saul? He was God. It means that he is the chosen from God because God, Himself chose Saul. But, why he was refused by God? It’s because he was envy to David for the blessing. Today, as a servant of God, I just want to say, “Each of us has our own blessing. Every one is unique and we are special in His eyes.” So, do not let envy comes to you. That’s why many churches around the world are separate or break up. When you hear someone telling some impropriate words, there must be some reasons. One of them is disappointed or envy.

Taking a short way

Do not ever take a short way. Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. When you get tired, just come to Jesus. I never say that live in Christianity is easy, but it is great. Although there is great challenge, Lord always keeps us. The point is, its challenge is frantic but we are safe in it. Live in Christianity is frantic. He is full of surprises and is never late.

Not Relying on the Holy Spirit

Those who are not relying on the Holy Spirit tend to be maudlin and not ready to sacrifice and only want to live effortlessly. However those who are relying on the Holy Spirit, they know that the spirit which dwells in him much bigger than any in this world. As a sequence, the sacrifice is great.
